Building on an already popular Asian food style, Lotus takes the freshest Australian ingredients and combines them with the exotic flavours of Asia to produce a range of dishes that are healthy and will stimulate your appetite - dishes such as braised pork belly with green papaya salad, stir fried melt-in-your-mouth beef with asparagus and juicy shitake mushrooms and a heady, aromatic dry red curry of barramundi fillet with kaffir lime leaves. Or why not follow the Asian style of eating and share our chef’s banquet or the special banquet so you can try a wider range of dishes with your friends and family. And don’t forget to leave room for our famous dessert plate with a sorbet selection, dark chocolate truffle with fresh raspberry sauce and black sticky rice pudding with coconut sauce.

The warm glow of the wall colours have been beckoning me for a couple of weeks and I am so glad we finally went to visit. The food here is lovely. We can’t fault the flavour, presentation and value of the food here. This is a very comfortable space with a kitchen run by a very competent chef formerly of Blue Ginger in Balmain.
